3- Booking over the phone. Email or online and input data accurately into the software
provided by the Client.
4- Provided a price quotation to the customers.
5- Responding to emails and live chat inquiries as required.
6- Deal with queries related to the company and booking.

8- Respond to Clients inquires promptly and professionally.
9- Liaise with Clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of

Recruitment & Training

“The staff selection is arranged by our team. we can provide you experience candidates that you can interview over the phone and when you are happy with the candidates, then we will start their training. The training duration will be around 10 days, if the operator learns and performs well as per requirement then during this period, he/she will be allowed to take live calls under the Company’s supervision.”
