Job Responsibilities
1- Answering inbound calls.
2- Taking the airport booking and local run bookings.
3- Booking over the phone. Email or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the Client.
4- Provided a price quotation to the customers.
5- Responding to emails and live chat inquiries as required.
6- Deal with queries related to the company and booking.
7- Create a positive brand image in front of the customers.
8- Respond to Client inquiries promptly and professionally.
9- Liaise with Clients, colleagues & drivers, and always work for the best interest of the company.
10- Punctual, reliable, and responsible as per shift requirements.
11- Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company’s procedure.
